Our Philosophy
Try this:
Clasp your hands together, fingers interlocking, in the prayer position. Got it? Now try it again, but adjust your hands so that it is one finger to the side of where it normally is.
It’s the same result, but it doesn’t feel natural does it?
Natural Training feels comfortable, like we have been working together for a long time.
When your team does our training, something just clicks. It works. Individuals don’t have to try to hard to assimilate each concept which means we have much more absorption than usual training.
That’s because we are experts in understanding human psychology and behaviour. We know what will work for every individual in your team (and equally what is likely to switch them off).
Some of the ways we go about this are described in this table:

Here's our favourite ever client quote:
“I felt like the training was running through my blood at the end”. Richard Coles, Monster.com
This is exactly what we aiming for: training that's lived, not witnessed.
There are too many training companies with scripts, rules and lists that individuals have either heard before or are not right for them. This results in trainees switching off during the training, and not taking the concepts back to the workplace.
Natural Training is different. Our mission is to teach corporate teams from Britain and Europe to sell, present and negotiate by taking advantage of their own natural style.
Serious about training that makes you money? So are we.
If you want to see a measurable return, changed behaviours and a motivated workforce actually using the training as soon as they return to desks, then try the natural option. How do we do this?
1. We understand how you and your team works
Our pre-workshop consultation is second to none. We know about you and your colleagues before our trainers walk into the room.
We know what motivates you, what your strengths are and the factors that may be holding you back from being even more successful.
2. We don’t do “off the shelf” training
“Off the shelf” training may as well be called “hit and miss” training. Some concepts will work, some won’t.
By thinking deeply about your group, and consulting closely with your company, we make sure that everything works. There is no downtime in our training – it is engaging, practical and interesting.
3. We keep things simple
Lengthy, complex, awkward ideas might be okay for debating at university, but in training it is a form of torture.
Teams who come to us want simple, sharp, clear and memorable ideas delivered in a way that engages brains and gets heads nodding. We deliver on this as it’s a much more natural way of learning.
