We’ve worked very hard on recruitment to bring you trainers with the passion, experience, courage, energy and fantastic natural style to make each training session a memorable and effective experience for you and the team. Our trainers tap into a range of the latest methods to get great results in the training room (full immersion being our most popular!) to help individuals and teams realise their potential. Our stories, case studies and anecdotes are from today’s business world (not old concepts from the 1980s!). Best of all our trainers have made the calls, attended the meetings, presented at the Board level, made the mistakes, learnt from them…and most importantly they are all still engaged in business. It’s crucial that we are offering trainers who are straight from business with the corporate edge and proven performance you need. We have grown from 1 trainer to 12 in the past 4 years. GIOVANNI: sales training, solution selling, consulting skills
Giovanni has a rich sales background, firstly at Conde Naste Publications, and subsequently at Optima. Gio’s workshops have been recognised to make a real positive difference in the way people are able to attract, develop and retain key clients. Gio’s high impact training includes: opening doors at the top of organisations, strategic selling, presenting with impact, assertive negotiation and developing key accounts. When Gio is not training he is developing our key clients, so you are getting a trainer who is truly best-of-breed.
Clients include: Barclays, BNP Paribas, Detica, npower, WWAV Rapp Collins, Morgan Lovell.
 
MARY: presentation skills, pitching skills, sales skills
Mary worked as a Group Advertising Director at the BBC for a number of years. This was a senior management role overseeing all central advertising sales teams (inserts, brand solutions, digital, classified and the northern sales team) encompassing 50 staff. During this time Mary coached and developed the business and management skills of Advertising Directors. Mary is an excellent communicator who develops a strong rapport with her group and gets great results.
Clients include: Intel, Ford Retail, Fortune Cookie, Crisis Solutions, BBC, RBS, Cambden & Islington NHS.
 
FRED: sales training, negotiation training, executive coaching
Fred believes that selling is a challenging and demanding profession, which repays intelligent input with the satisfaction of target achievement, personal reward and business growth. Because of his vast experience and enjoyment of business in all sectors Fred combines depth of knowl edge with practical, current experience. This means that delegates enjoy a highly participative and powerful style of delivery allied to their recognition that their tim e with Fred will be of tremendous value to their careers.

JOHN: peak performance coach
John is passionate about helping individuals who consider learning and development a cornerstone of their personal/professional evolution. He believes that in every individual there resides a great source of natural potential to achieve a desired outcome. Coaching skills in performance, cross-culture context, commercial sales and corporate strategy are a result of a multi-disciplined background of over 12 years as a director of global business strategy and development, and more than 10 years active in competitive sport.
Clients include: Dermalogica, Institute of Biology, LEGO Denmark, NHS, IIED, Arsenal Ladies Academy, London Football Coaches Association and The FA.
 
FEENA: presentation skills trainer/coach
As one of the Directors of Natural Training, Feena has vast experience in designing and delivering our presentation skills workshops. Feena’s background is at Goldman Sachs and UBS, before starting Natural Training in 2004 with Matt Drought. Feena has a highly participative, consultative style and receives great feedback for her training and coaching.
Clients include: Fortis, Maynard Malone, PWC, Trafalgar Asset Management, Fortune Group, Red Mandarin, Panalpina.
 
PETER: sales trainer, coach
Peter has over 10 years experience within the telecommunications sector in both existing and new/emerging technologies. Peter also holds the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Advanced Certificate in Sales Management and is a Member of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management. Above all else, Peter, has made the calls, been to the meetings and made the sales. Peter adds real world experiences to every training session to ensure group buy-in, participation and enjoyment. Clients include: EMC, Eland Cables, Lexis Nexis, SHL Group, Bourneville College, International FX, 2Heads TV, Stora Enso.
 
BARRIE: sales training, presentation skills training, executive coaching
Barrie has worked at Director level in both the private and public se sectors and has an MBA and extensive practical experience in several disciplines. With strong international experience in Europe, Africa and Asia he speaks fluent French and good German. Barrie designs and delivers dedicated training packages to the Private and Public Sector in the UK, USA, Middle East and France and regularly attends our senior sales meetings and engagement. A hands-on professional with the personality and communication skills to bring the training room alive.
Clients include: SHL Group, PWC, Intergromics, Hamamatsu, Centre for Sustainable Energy, Tribe, PWC.
 
ALISON: telesales training, presentation skills training, pitching skills
Alison has a rich background at helping groups and individuals achieve success when selling on the phone. Alison is an expert in cold calling and prospecting. She has a marketing and advertising background, firstly establishing a successful telemarketing agency, and then consulting back to marketing, advertising and public relations firms on all aspects of sales, communication and presentation skills. Alison also handles our pitching skills work, recently working on a winning pitch for public relations firm Fishburn Hedges.
Clients include: TNT Magazine, National Mentoring Consortium, STI Europe, Goldfish Communications, Court House Clinics, SHL.
 
LAURIE: sales trainer, solution selling, consultancy
Following a successful career spanning 30 years at IBM in Finance, People Management and Management Consulting, Laurie is uniquely positioned to help your organisation with the consultative and solution selling skills needed to achieve best of breed sales performance. Laurie has the ability to tap into the inherent talent in the training room and bring out the best in the group, receiving great pleasure in helping consultants at all level attain the sales success they desire.
 
SARAH: telesales, presentation skills, sales training
Sarah is CIPD qualified and firmly believes in practical, hands on approach to training in line with the Natural Training philosophy so your team will have the skills and talents deeply ingrained. Sarah has a well practiced and proven ability to understand participants' values and behaviours and discover what motivates each and every person in the training room. By combining this knowledge with proven techniques to develop presentation and sales skills, Sarah will impact positively on the both the individual's confidence and performance.
Clients include: Goldman Sachs, Paremus, Beaming, Camden City Council, Diamond Light Source, Blue Print, NHS (various).
 
MATT: sales trainer & presentation skills trainer
Matt’s career has included FMCG (Cadbury Schweppes), technology (IBM/CSSL) and advertising (TMP Worldwide). Matt founded Natural Training in 2004 with Feena Coleman from Goldman Sachs and is the Sales Director of Natural Training. Matt is a keen student of selling and human behaviour and is always thinking up fresh ideas to keep our training alive, current and enjoyable.
Clients include: Brilliant Media, The Fortune Group, Marble Bar Asset Management, The Brooklands Group, Euro RSCG, WWAV Rapp Collins.
 
CHARLIE: presentation skills trainer, pitching skills
Charlie's career has spanned financial publishing, asset management and production management. Charlie was head of Sales and Marketing at financial house Insider Publishing and subsequently managed private client assets for Prudential-Bache International and Raymond James Investment Services. Throughout his career, Charlie has coached presenters and is passionate about enabling individuals to make presentations come to life with their own natural style and impact. Charlie trains presentation skills groups and individuals at all levels right up to senior level executive coaching.
Clients include: GE Commercial, Ruffer LLP, Shell, London Borough of Hillingdon, Natural History Museum, Wahaca, Bunzl.
