Matt Drought: Company Director

In 2004 Matt left a successful Account Director career at TMP Worldwide to become one of the original co-founders of Natural Training along with Feena Coleman.

For the first 6 months, Matt wrote and delivered the training working out of his loungeroom.

However the market responded quickly to the Natural Training message and the company grew to have over 1000 customers in the subsequent 3 years.

Matt is responsible for recruiting the best trainers in the business so that your organisation can benefit from their expertise.

Today Matt is responsible for training design, injecting many fresh ideas into the sales, presentation skills and negotiation skills training:

When Matt isn’t working on his business he is playing tennis, exploring new cities or simply glued to the sofa watching American Idol.
