Paul Owen: Managing Director

Paul is the Managing Director of the Natural Training Co Ltd in the UK and Europe.
From 2000 – 2005 Paul worked at VEF, a UK company helping people buy property in France. In this time VEF went from a turnover of £750,000 to £3million+. Paul started as a salesman, took over the PR, then the marketing before being appointed Sales and Marketing Director within his first year.
From 2005 – 2010 Paul founded the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP), a non-profit organisation set up to improve standards of professionalism in the international property market. By the time of Paul's departure, 91% of UK consumers surveyed ‘feel more reassured when a company is a member of AIPP.’ With an annual consumer guide (circulation of 1 million by 2009, including online) and an independent awards programme, the AIPP’s consumer profile was a key part of its success. A consistent and robust vetting procedure for new Members saw 20% of applications refused membership, and the AIPP’s disciplinary process fined, suspended and expelled Members for breaches of its professional code, something the industry never believed would happen.
After doing some part time sales training for Natural Training, in 2010 Paul accepted the position of Managing Director.
