Life at Natural Training is demanding.  Our sales people regularly work 10 hour days, and are always thinking about new ways to present our message to the market.  Our account service people will stop at nothing to ensure our clients are successful.  Our Directors push Natural Training into new markets and new challenges.

As you can imagine, we take recruitment very seriously.  Because if we don’t, we don’t have a business.  Since 2005 we have sifted through about 1000 CVs and have arrived at 6 full time naturals in the engine room, and 15 Associate Trainers.

Our clients are demanding and have every right to be – after all we are trusted with helping their teams to succeed.  Some of the challenges presented to us include:

  • Persuasion skills for the United Nations in Rome
  • Advanced presentation skills for the senior executives at British Airways
  • Providing inspirational presentation and negotiation skills training for the entire Key Account Management force for Panalpina at their annual conference in Bud Salzburg, Germany
  • Generating 88 meetings in a single day via Natural LIVE! with Dell

Currently we have the following positions open:

Training Manager: £30-£40K

A new full-time (or close to full-time) position has been created at Natural Training for a Training Manager with the following responsibilities:

  • To produce and write fresh sales, presentation skills and negotiation training for our clients
  • To consolidate and organise our many existing modules and materials into a cohesive structure, enabling ease of access in the future.
  • To be on hand in the office to answer questions about training from the sales team
  • To attend meetings if required to talk about our training and offer ideas to prospective and existing clients
  • To put together bespoke training schedules and outlines using existing templates for sales proposals.
  • To manage our team of 15 trainers by organising their assignments, monitoring and reporting on quality and communicating to them on a frequent basis.
  • Face to face training with clients 3-4 times per month.


THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:

  • Knowledge of traditional sales training techniques
  • An understanding of the latest techniques in communication, selling and social media
  • Experience in delivering sales training
  • Outstanding eye for detail and strong writing skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a high pressure environment
  • Well organised and well presented for client meetings
  • Offer fresh ideas, inspiration and insight to the team of Naturals!

Sales Consultant

Earn £1,000 by recommending a colleague, friend or whoever you like to be our next star salesperson!  All they need to do is to stay with us for a period of 90 days from hire date and the cash is yours!  Here's a bit more about the role:

This is the ideal role for an ambitious candidate looking to develop their sales career. From day one you’ll be mentored by some of the country’s best trainers who’ll help you boost your sales ability, and provide you with the skills to achieve the realistic and generous commission structure on offer.

As a Sales Executive your role will be to professionally sell the company’s workshops to potential delegates who will contact us with enquiries. This role is primarily phone-based, generating new business.

Prospective customers will call through with all sorts of enquiries and it will be your job to find out all about them, understand their needs thoroughly and match their requirements with a suitable sales, presentation skills or negotiation training solution.

For the right person, this role offers genuine scope to progress into team leader or sales manager in the UK or into one of our expanding global markets.

To be considered for this position you will need excellent work experience including a background in sales. Associate Trainers

We are currently looking for sales trainers to provide a fantastic training experience to our customers. You don't necessarily have to have any training experience but you must have a strong sales background. We like our sales trainers to have a real world sales background as we feel it makes for a better training experience for our participants. We will train you, but you add to the training with your own brilliant examples and experiences. Energy, charisma and a strong self-belief are all an advantage.
