Challenge
Integromics in Madrid requested some sales training, mainly telephone based, for six of their solutions consultants. Integromics placed an importance on making effective cold calls to introduce their software product to their market, driving revenue by closing over the phone, making more effective presentations and increasing the sales skill level of the team of PhD-level scientists who are responsible for generating sales.
Solution
Our training design team came up with two interactive days of training: effective telesales skills on day one, and presentation skills on day two. We included specific enhancements in the training that would consider closely the technical, detailed and complicated nature of the Intergromics sale. Our telesales training covered today’s cold calling techniques and methods, professional questioning and listening skills, objection handling & closing techniques. Our presentation skills training included communicating difficult concepts with clarity, impact, body language and handling difficult questions.
