Challenge
In June 2007 Natural Training was contacted by head of training at Euro RSCG Riley Zoe Whitby to help with some pitching skills. Euro were developing a new internal brand, and wanted this to be portrayed in the best light at each pitch. They also wanted to win more pitches after several top three results without wins.
Head of Agency in London Tim Lotherington agreed that Natural Training were the right choice to promote the natural style and personality of the agency.
Solution
Natural Training crafted some pitching skills training for the team that encompassed client service, digital and creative. The training was highly practical meaning the team enjoyed lots of practical exposure to presenting. Creative Director Pete Rice also made a special lunchtime presentation on the new internal brand, which helped the team to integrate this into future pitches.
Result
EURO RSCG Riley loved the training.
The best news was that EURO RSCG pitched and won a major British supermarket brand (£2.5m) in the 6 weeks following the training, which Zoe Whitby attributed to our training.
