Challenge
Tefen is a medium sized management consultancy - improving and enhancing the production processes of numerous high-tech companies. Francois Larsonneur is the head of the telemarketing department comprising 6 telemarketers in an office in London’s West End.
Tefen came to Natural Training because they wanted to sharpen up the efforts of their telemarketing team. François particularly wanted to stand back and analyse his team’s skills and attitude, ensuring that they were giving themselves maximum chance of closing appointments for their field sales team.
Solution
After consulting with Francois and researching individuals and the company, Natural Training delivered a 1 Day Workshop focused on the structural and skills-based components of what it takes for telemarketing success in Tefen’s professional consulting environment. The training focused on:
