Challenge

Richmond Associates is a niche headhunting consultancy to the Education, Cultural and Charity sectors, specialising in key and senior fundraising positions.

Company Director Moyra Doyle contacted us with a view to helping the team of ten to achieve more impact, performance and confidence when breaking through to key clients and placing them.

Solution

We conducted a needs analysis which involved fully understanding the key issues involved with the business.  We then got to know each consultant via our pre workshop e-questionnaire which highlighted personal issues.

The training was for a mixed group of experience and as a result our training had to keep the whole group engaged.  We were very successful at doing this, and encouraged an atmosphere where the more experienced consultants were able to pass on their secrets for success.  And as we know in headhunting, there are quite a few secrets to master!

Result

The day was a success as judged by Richmond Associates and was personally endorsed by Moyra who has invited us back to do some refresher training.
