Challenge
Belzona sells industrial repair and maintenance products that reduce downtime and increase efficiency at their global client base. National Sales Manager Gordon Cairns wanted to increase the call activity of his national team to make more appointments.
The challenge was for the training to serve as a “shot of adrenalin” to the team to enable them to become more productive on the phone. Naturally Gordon also wanted to fill their diaries for the rest of the year!
Solution
Belzona turned to Natural Training to run Natural Live! over the course of two days for his entire team.
We set aside a large training room at Belzona in May 2007 and created a competitive atmosphere with the team all learning some theory then hitting the phones.
Results
The 3 hours of calling during the Natural Live! training generated 78 appointments which exceeded targets.
