Case Studies
Background
The National Association of Shopfitters (NAS) is the only trade association that exclusively represents, promotes and is dedicated to service the needs of the shop fitting and interior contracting sector; within the global sphere of construction; it has been doing so successfully since 1919.
Challenge
Sabrina Crozier (Administrator) and Laura Baker (Junior Administrative Assistant) at NAS are responsible for promoting their training services to members over the telephone. As both Sabrina and Laura are relatively new to the world of telesales, they wanted interactive training to give them the skills and confidence to maximise every minute of their calls and make as many sales as possible.
Solution
Sabrina and Laura attended our Complete Telesales Skills workshop on the 27th September 2010 in order to give them an immediate boost in confidence with a structure to their calls.
Both Sabrina and Laura found the training very clear, focused and helpful in preparing them for the key objections that come their way. They learnt how to sell their services in various ways whilst maintaining a friendly and natural style.
The easy-going atmosphere in the training room was conducive to dynamic discussions amongst the group, allowing everybody to see how the skills can be adapted within different industries. Barrie (our Trainer) answered all questions enthusiastically with a tailored answer to fit in with each individual.
Results
Following the training, Sabrina and Laura already feel considerably more confident and have seen instant success; their nerves are continuously decreasing, as the quality of their conversations is consistently improving.
“It gave me new ways of how to not make it sound like a sales call and how to talk to customers more professionally.” Sabrina Crozier
“It gave me a natural and easy-going way to approaching customers.” Laura Baker
