Background

Eminox Ltd designs and manufactures bespoke exhaust and emission control systems for heavy duty diesel vehicles and equipment. Jim Mason, Technical Sales Manager at the London branch, will be giving presentations regularly to individual customers as well as larger groups. These presentations will focus on selling Eminox products and services with the 2012 Low Emission Zone Legislation in mind.

Challenge

Jim needs to get the Eminox message across to as many customers as possible – he wants to be heard above the noise to ensure that Eminox is the first port of call for customers looking for quality emission control systems. Therefore delivering simple, structured and targeted presentations is essential for him to be successful.

Solution

Jim attended our Intermediate Presentation Skills workshop on the 13th-14th September 2010. He was impressed with the huge difference the course made in how he feels prior to presenting – he used to spend weeks worrying about presentations, but now feels considerably more prepared and confident, an important factor in his presentations.

Most importantly, his new-found skills have given him the confidence and ability to make a greater impact and generate more revenue.

Other members of the sales team are planning to attend the same course. We look forward to seeing Eminox get great results throughout 2011.
