Challenge

Court House Clinics have been providing cosmetic surgery and non surgical skincare treatments from a number of clinics throughout the UK.  Court House Clinics approached us for some quality telemarketing training to increase the call:appointment ratio.  It was also requested that we provide a structure and framework for each call to give the team a clear map to success.  Finally we were tasked with increasing the outbound call numbers from the existing database and to build the confidence of the team.

Solution

In only a day of training we gave the team the knowledge, tools and skills to meet the brief.  We included some goal setting, attitudinal and behavioural training to ensure that the team were feeling super motivated after the day. We had to ensure the training recognised the sensitive nature of the medical procedures discussed and that we encouraged the team to use the appropriate consultative tone and approach with each telephone call.  A great success.
