Challenge

BDO is an award-winning UK Member Firm of BDO International, the world's fifth largest accountancy network, with more than 1,000 offices in over 100 countries.  BDO Stoy Hayward approached us to provide 3 hour bites of training within their regular seminar sessions for their Investment Management Advisors at all experience levels.  BDO wanted an interactive session that helped to heighten business awareness around the topics of presenting a more BDO persuasive message, objection handling, problem solving, solution selling and networking skills.

Solution

Our training design team consulted with the BDO leadership team to come up with 3 hours of content that could be used in the middle of an information-heavy seminar day.  The aim was to lighten the session by making the training engaging, hands-on and fun.  We also provided real context behind buyer behaviour, help individuals with insights on receiving approval from high net worth individuals and institutions and provide a session that challenged pre-conceived ideas and beliefs with regards selling.  We delivered on all fronts, presenting an engaging series of sessions that received excellent feedback from the business.
