A great opportunity for sales trainers!

At Natural Training we have developed a strong record of sales training success with clients across all

industries in the UK and Europe. We need to recruit 2-3 Associate sales trainers to join our current group of

ten associate trainers as our training programme expands in the UK, Europe and beyond. You will enjoy full

training with the Directors of Natural Training and be client facing quickly. In addition to the training,

you will be expected to participante in pre-training conference calls (and sometimes face-to-face meetings) with our clients.

Our training is usually in the form of 1 or 2 day workshops for groups of 6-10 delegates, via our Open (Public) Workshop programme and our In House Workshops.

If you have charisma, a great presence, you are a fantastic communicator and you have spare availability of at least 4-6 days per month then please apply (see below). In return you will receive an excellent day rate plus travel expenses for any assignments outside of London - after an initial train-the-trainer period.

The ideal candidate profile will include:

• Sales Management experience or Sales Management Training experience

• A detailed understanding of selling on the phone

• Strongly goal-focused with an ability to drive sales performance

• Superb client references

• Willingness to travel throughout the UK on a regular basis

• Strong customer focus to develop effective working relationships within all areas of the business to raise the profile of Natural Training and ensure ongoing training relationship with key clients

• Ideally (but not essential) Bi-lingual with English plus one of the following: French, German or Business Indian
