Sales shouldn't fill you with dread

Some people seem to think that sales "can't be taught", that you either "have it or you don't", that you're a "natural born salesman or you're not."

We think that's a load of rubbish.

Of course sales can be taught. And we've proven it, by teaching everyone from school teachers to accountants to funeral directors.
