Debs has shared her expertise with many multinational corporations across Europe and helped their teams to approach sales targets with new energy and confidence. She believes communication skills to be at the heart of all successful sales and is an expert in transferring this expertise to others.

She’s developed programmes that focus on presentation skills and winning conversations, and she has a natural style that makes her easy to relate to. She likes to coach and mentor each person in the room to ensure everyone is is along on the journey.

Debs has worked with new sales teams, sales management groups and senior accounts people. She creates a very comfortable and open environment, and knows how to read the room to ensure all participants walk away with new skills and knowledge that they can apply immediately.

It’s impossible to be part of a session that Deb runs, and not walk away feeling like a more direct and articulate self.
