Jen draws on her international experience including Global Sales Trainer for FedEx Express, covering Europe, Middle East and Africa. Here she was responsible for designing, developing and rolling out the sales training material for the 1500 strong sales and sales leadership teams.
She is confident training all levels of seniority from front line sales execs, to middle management and leadership teams.
Jen is an accredited Professional Executive Coach with the Association of Coaching and uses this to help individuals and teams develop not just the skills but also the confidence and mental resilience needed to ‘bounce back’ and rise to the top in sales.
