Rachel is an energetic and results driven Sales Coach with a true passion for people development.

With over 14 years of experience in sales and building relationships, Rachel has excelled in a variety of sales environments, ranging from telesales to C-Suite Client Management out in the field.

This practical experience was gained, to a large extent, through working within the Tech Channel at distribution level. Working with clients in both B2B and the retail sector gave her a great understanding of prospecting and consultative selling.

Rachel’s coaching style has been described as a unique blend of calm and challenge. She knows that in order for a sales person to reach their full potential they need to leave their comfort zone, and she creates a fun & enthusiastic space where each person is empowered to implement proven sales tools to transform their own natural communication style  – and continue to build on this way past their time in the training room.

Outside of the training room, Rachel loves exploring anything to do with personal development – podcasts, books, online courses or retreats. She enjoys swimming daily and walking her sausage dog, Pepper, plus the odd eating challenge!
