Wayne is a business change, consulting and training expert who since 1998 has worked in Leadership and Business Development roles within the public and private sector. He has successfully led ambitious high growth strategies, mergers, acquisitions and integration – all with a focus on driving strong commercial outcomes, forming winning sales operations and driving performance.
He is a certified trainer, practiced coach and team development expert with a PhD in Biochemistry from Hull University. Wayne started his career in Sales with Mars (in their UK Petcare division), before moving into sales management and director roles. This is where he developed his passion for people and development.
Wayne then moved into the foodservice sector (selling to public sector customers) before moving into the coffee and vending world as a Sales and Marketing Director.
His training specialties are around sales, account management, line management and leadership development. Out of work, his family keep him busy with 3 children and a dog. Football is a major passion and as Chairman of a 400 player club and coach of 2 football teams, there’s never a minute to spare!
